I’ve always been inspired by the world around me, whether it’s music, my Cape Verdean heritage or the vibrant diversity of Rotterdam where I live. The city is a constant source of inspiration with its rich mix of cultures, colors and stories. I believe that creativity can be found everywhere and I try to channel that energy into my art.

My style focuses on abstract portraits blending a love for bold expressions and the human form with an evolving approach to color. For a long time, my work was mainly monochromic, but lately, I’ve fallen in love with the power of vibrant colors. There’s something magical about how different hues can evoke emotion and depth in a way that feels alive.

Creating art is more than just a process for me. Every stroke, every color choice and every concept is a reflection of where I am at that moment in my life. I’m always learning, always exploring and always open to new ideas!
